Young MacGyver (2003)

Jen from the Pilot Inspectors podcast returns to talk to me about the first time that they tried to make a new MacGyver series. It failed but it's lead is currently on his 14th season of a popular TV show, so it's all good. We talk the original (kind of), the cast and marvel at the sheer blandness of it all.It is so dull, Jen zones out for a bit. She talks so little after a while that I have actually kept in a long tangent about Fifty Shades of Grey. Enjoy! This was recorded before news of Supernatural's cancellation was announced.

Bonus: Outtakes and Bloopers (uncensored)

Hi, as a quick wee bonus episode here are deleted conversations and bloopers from previous ones. Here you will find conversations about the Home Alone franchise and Carrie, an instance where Owen has to leave briefly to answer a knock at his front door, me defending the storytelling in a franchise I don't even really like much and another of my guests telling us what their favourite pilot of all time is. Oh and there is my f-bomb laden tirade against a certain high profile video hosting site among other things. Jimmy Brown's views are his own and really should be ignored. Seriously, f**k that guy, what does he know? Contains strong language, which makes the censoring that last sentence particularity weird...

Korgoth of Barbaria (2006)

Owen returns to talk about the very violent Adult Swim animated pilot Korgoth of Barbaria. We talk about the animation, the voice cast, the kick-ass music and disagree about what the show may have become if it got renewed. This is one of those rare pilots that, although it never got picked up, still gets shown occasionally and as recent as January 2019. Enjoy as I get a bit lost for words at a certain plot development. It is not available on Youtube, only Dailymotion, the link is below as usual.
